Life Without You

My heart and my soul were ripped from me

Sometimes I don't know how to survive with this void

I feel like these parts of me are forever gone

Like a tunnel, the wind blows through

The hollow sound indicates emptiness

There is nothing there, just air

That is my life without you

So very thankful to have inherited my mother's beautiful smile and infectious laugh. A laugh so loud, you can hear her in the next room and you just knew that she was incredibly happy.
